This product is a hotside upgrade speciallydesigned for Sovol SV08. lt is fully compatiblewith previous heat sinks, so your usage costscan be reduced as much as possible.

1.The product features two-stage fixing, which allows less heat to be conducted to the heatsink, thus lowering the temperature at the cold end and reducing the probability of thermal creep,
2.The product also features interchangeable V6 style nozzles which provide more nozzle options to suit a variety of tasks

Temperature comparison of critical areas on the CHCB-SV08-heaterblock heat breaker
▉Temperature measurement method:
Measure the temperature inside the nozzle of the heater block with a thermocouple and compare it with the temperature read on the printer at same time, and record the actual temperature of the printer when the thermocouple measurement reaches 250 degrees Celsius to be used in the comparison experiment. For example, if the temperature inside the nozzle(The threaded part is the part that goes deep into the heating block.) is 250 degrees Celsius when it is set and stabilized at 241 degrees Celsius in the printer, the hot-end will be set at 241 degrees Celsius in the next steps, and then the temperature will be measured again to confirm the stabilization, and then a comparative experiment will be conducted on this premise.Measurement point: 3mm above the plane of the transition zone as shown in Fig. 3

▉Conclusion :
The measured temperature at the critical cold end of the heat breaker of the CHCB-SV08 is significantly lower than that of the oiginal heater block form QiDi SV08. This means that the CHCB-SV08 has a better ability to block heat transfer and has a better thermal design, which can have the potential benefit of preventing thermal creep from occurring and reducing the chance of filament paths becoming clogged, thus improving print success rate.
