The thermal conductivity of Plated Copper is better than the brass and aluminum materials.
Plated Copper can quickly transfer the temperature to 220°C within 46S.



About Heating
Choose to use heated cartridges to link ceramic plates.
The heated cartridge transfers heat to the ceramic  sheet. 11*14mm ceramic sheet heating area. 154m㎡ heating area.Can make Heatblock heat up quickly.




About Breakdown：
Incloud Heater/Thermistors/Hater-block
The heated cartridge transfers heat to the ceramic sheet. The ceramic sheet heats up rapidly. And the heat is transferred to the copper plating heatblock。


About Connector：
The thermistor and Heater use the HXH 43645 connector.
External nylon plastic. Internal metal sheet construction. Can be used in combination with 2 pin horizontal signal docking connector.


About Combination：
CHCB-V is available in several combinations. You can refer to the following combinations. Three types of Heatbreak pairing
